Accusations of anger and stridency have become commonplace when discussions of atheism and the New Atheist movement pop up.

Popular Atheist Blogger, Greta Christina, takes on this notion in an impassioned and impressive lecture at the latest Skepticon Event. The lecture is aptly named, Why are you Atheists so Angry?

She touches on discrimination against atheists and non-believers, the atrocities done in the name of religion, as well ways to channel atheist anger into something productive. The Lecture is adapted from her much admired blog piece, Atheism and Anger. The video (featured below) is a must see for anyone involved in Atheist, Skeptic or Humanist activism.
