We'll believe that military grade pepper spray is "basically a food product" when Fox's Megyn Kelly agrees to drink a whole bottle.
On Nov. 21st, Megyn Kelly claimed the pepper spray used on UC Davis students was "a food product, essentially." Sign the Change.org petitionasking her to drink a full dose on Fox!

The only reason that the capsaicin is a derivative is so they can put into a spray form. She gets a reprieve in my book on this one.
Since you are an authority on Scoville units: I propose that you redeem your gaffe by featuring a piece on the air, witnessed by a certifiably un-biased chemist (no problem for Fox) wherein you are exposed to the same volume of the food used at UC Davis by officer Pike.
