His stream of logic on this account is pure B.S. I don't know where he comes up with such off the wall ideas about conservatives but he couldn't be farther from the truth. Don't confuse government programs managing peoples lives with lack of caring... in fact, we care so much that we prefer to act in a manner that cuts out a bankrupt middle-man to assist with the care of individuals in need. The government is a failure at managing money for medicare and social security, or have you noticed? As Carlin say's himself... "Question everything." This reeks of falsehoods. Wake up, people.

Carlin’s remarks serve only to underscore the hypocrisy so often evident in ultra-conservative positions. Conservative positions typically align with wars, low taxes, private vs. public education, creationism over evolution, global climate change denial, and anti-gay and anti-feminist legislation – none of which serve to promote an open-minded, healthy, and educated citizenry.

Conservatism and liberalism aside, that quote offends me because I want babies to be alive. I reject the accusation that because I want babies to be alive it means I want soldiers to be dead.

There's also a saying that if you don't have anything worth dieing for, you don't have anything worth living for. People with the moronic George Carlin mentality don't value anything enough to die for it, and so, sometimes, they don't even let their babies live.
